Peter Denious leads the Connecticut Economic Resource Center (CERC) team as its President and CEO. He came to CERC in August 2019 as an accomplished private equity and venture capital professional who helped realize commercial and economic opportunity by connecting ideas, people and capital.


Glendowlyn Thames joined the Department of Economic and Community Development (DECD) in June of 2019. As deputy commissioner, chief operating officer and chief financial officer, she has a wide range of oversight responsibilities and provides strategic direction for business development and workforce initiatives.


Jessica Casey joined the City of Norwalk as its Chief of Economic & Community Development in December 2018. In her role, Jessica manages the arenas of Planning & Zoning; Transportation, Mobility & Parking; and Tourism, as well as various and specific economic and community development initiatives within Norwalk.
